Intel 14th Gen Core "Raptor Lake Refresh" CPUs: Price, Specs, Release Date

Intel is expected to launch its 14th Gen Core "Raptor Lake Refresh" desktop CPUs in October 2023. The lineup will include unlocked Core-K and Core-KF series CPUs, as well as non-K CPUs.

Unlocked Core-K and Core-KF Series CPUs

The unlocked Core-K and Core-KF series CPUs will be the high-end models in the lineup. They will have a TDP of 125W and will support overclocking.

The following CPUs are expected to be part of the unlocked Core-K and Core-KF series:

• Core i9-14900K: 24 cores (8 P-cores and 16 E-cores), 3.2 GHz base clock, 6.0 GHz boost clock
• Core i7-14700K: 20 cores (8 P-cores and 12 E-cores), 3.4 GHz base clock, 5.6 GHz boost clock
• Core i5-14600K: 14 cores (6 P-cores and 8 E-cores), 3.5 GHz base clock, 5.3 GHz boost clock

Non-K CPUs

The non-K CPUs will have a lower TDP of 65W or below and will not support overclocking.

The following CPUs are expected to be part of the non-K series:

• Core i9-14900: 24 cores (8 P-cores and 16 E-cores), 2.0 GHz base clock, 5.8 GHz boost clock
• Core i7-14700: 20 cores (8 P-cores and 12 E-cores), 2.1 GHz base clock, 5.4 GHz boost clock
• Core i5-14600: 14 cores (6 P-cores and 8 E-cores), 2.7 GHz base clock, 5.2 GHz boost clock
• Core i5-14500: 14 cores (6 P-cores and 8 E-cores), 2.6 GHz base clock, 5.0 GHz boost clock
• Core i5-14400F: 10 cores (6 P-cores and 4 E-cores), 2.5 GHz base clock, 4.7 GHz boost clock
• Core i3-14100F: 4 cores (4 P-cores), TBC base clock, 4.7 GHz boost clock

Pricing and Availability

Pricing and availability for the Intel 14th Gen Core "Raptor Lake Refresh" CPUs have not yet been announced. However, they are expected to be available in October 2023.
